Food Safety Resources Reviews The National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture/Food and Nutrition Service and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/Division of Adolescent and School Health (CDC/DASH) has recruited experienced food safety and education experts to review an inventory of food safety resources for content, quality, and compatibility with the FDA Food Code.
