Food Safety Resources Reviews

The National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture/Food and Nutrition Service and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/Division of Adolescent and School Health (CDC/DASH) has recruited experienced food safety and education experts to review an inventory of food safety resources for content, quality, and compatibility with the FDA Food Code. These reviews are provided for informational purposes only and are designed to better inform the viewer about topical and relevant food safety resources that are currently available.
