Food Safety Resources Reviews General Information
Overall Comments On Resource Reviewed: Positive Points of the Reviewed Resource: This video is useful to consumers and high school home economics classes. This video provides basic knowledge for people at home. The video does not touch on some very important food safety regulations and hazards. The points that were made were not explained as well as they should have been. This video would not be useful as food safety training for any food establishment or organization. Some of the language used within the video felt as though it was geared for a younger audience. For basic purposes the video might be useful, but overall it was lacking quality material. This video is useful to consumers and high school home economics classes. It provides basic knowledge, but does not include some very important food safety regulations and hazards.
