Food Safety Resources Reviews General Information
Overall Comments On Resource Reviewed: Positive Points of the Reviewed Resource: Great for students and consumers with children. The video is believeable, and the instructional guide has many experiments to enhance food safety understanding. The BAC-Catcher game is fun and interactive. A great amount of information in the activity guide is presented in 23 pages that are busy to read and decipher. This is a good interactive educational tool for food safety. The information is up-to-date and the format is fun and offers a lot of opportunities for interactive learning. Since there is so much information, it may need to be viewed multiple times or in short segments. Rating:Recommended
