Overall Comments On Resource Reviewed: Positive Points of the Reviewed Resource: The video and CD-ROM presents the HACCP concept in a way that is understandable using common examples and scenarios. The video covers a lot of material that would be best served for those with a need and learning capacity for HACCP. The video would benefit those working in the field and those studying for food safety certifications the most. The video would assist in teaching the basic principles behind HACCP, as a preventive production control system with mutipile uses in the food safety industry. Rating:Recommended

The quizzes offered in the CD-ROM and video could be utilized in a pre- and post-test fashion. The instructor has the opportunity to chose from an excellent set of test questions in developing a questionnaire for evaluation purposes.
