Food Safety Resources Reviews General Information
Overall Comments On Resource Reviewed: Positive Points of the Reviewed Resource: The video offers a lot of comprehensive, in-depth, information on foodborne pathogens that would benefit
anyone working in food safety or studying food science. This curriculum requires a basic knowledge of food safety & protection. The amount of information presented could be overwhelming if not presented by a competent, detailed instructor. Plenty of time needs to be allowed to comprehend the material. The material is designed for those working in the field of Food Safety to test
their knowledge base. This includes a basic understanding of foodborne illness pathogens and how, why and how long it takes for
those pathogens to work. This comprehensive video and CD-ROM would greatly benefit someone studying for their Certified Food Safety Professional examination or as part of an extended food safety training program. Rating:Recommended
