Positive Points of the Reviewed Resource:

This CD-ROM is a thorough and entertaining review of HACCP principles and practices. A combination of animation and visual tools (diagrams, charts, tables, photos) provide an easy-to-understand primer of HACCP. References to FDA, CDC, USDA, and FightBac Web sites supplement the CD-ROM. The format utilizing animated newscasts provides breaks that allow for discussion and review.

A very well presented CD-ROM on HACCP that can be understood and utilized by a wide range of users. This HACCP tool is recommended for educators, consumers, and even health department personnel.
