Overall Comments On Resource Reviewed: Positive Points of the Reviewed Resource: The video provides a basic coverage of food safety dubbed in Spanish. It will come in handy for instructors who are trying to get the message across to a Spanish audience. The Spanish dubbed video can be used to get the basic message across to the intended audience. Although to be more effective, the video needs to be supplemented with handouts. The video provides a basic coverage of food safety dubbed in Spanish.
